I had surgery in November and I was looking for a pillow that I could use to help my neck because it is not doing very well. I purchased two other pillows for $100 each and then a therapist recommended one with a massage so I went looking and I found this one. It is very intense at each level of the massage. And the heat is very warm. If you can tolerate a lot of heat, I would recommend putting a towel if you’re putting on your bare skin. But I love it.

I have very mixed feelings. I thought it was a sleep pillow, but it’s not. The massager is not firm or aggressive but it’s loud loud loud. The heat is amazing. The traction is amazing. The smell of the motor working smells quite toxic.
It is really relaxing to lay on. Sorry if this isn’t helpful. It’s definitely a 50/50

The pillow is amazing! I love that it has the massage with heat as well as the stretch feature. My neck was hurting and causing a headache a few days ago. I used the pillow and after 15 minutes my neck no longer hurt and my headache was gone. It's like nothing I've used before.
